Startup incubator Y Combinator's CEO Garry Tan responded to New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani's comment saying "we shouldn't have billionaires". "We're trying to create thousands of new billionaires over here," said Tan, whose incubator is behind unicorns like Airbnb, Groww and Meesho. "It's the trillionaires who you should really be upset about," Tan added.
