Online travel portal MakeMyTrip's Co-founder and CEO Deep Kalra has said that the company used to call then-rival Goibobo a 'discount shop', adding, "We knew you can’t build a business on discounting. But we were wrong." MakeMyTrip bought Ibibo Group this year to create the biggest player in the online travel bookings market in the country.
