ONGC Chairman Arun Kumar Singh has said that India's largest state-owned crude oil explorer will continue buying Russian oil as long as it remains economical. "There are no sanctions on Russian oil as of now. We will continue unless the government decides otherwise," he stated. ONGC's units, Hindustan Petroleum and Mangalore Refinery, regularly source Russian oil for their refineries.
