The Congress said it'll oppose in Parliament the 130th Constitution Amendment Bill which seeks removal of PM, CMs and other ministers if they're arrested or detained for 30 consecutive days on criminal charges. Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said the proposed legislation is aimed at "political harassment" of opponents and stated that government will not have two-thirds majority for its passage.
