WeChat's parent company Tencent Holdings has said that it'll join the lawsuit filed against the US government by WeChat users to ensure that proprietary business information is kept confidential. The US Judge presiding over the case has sought input from the US Department of Justice, Tencent and users who filed the lawsuit about what information can now be made public.
