A 27-year-old woman from Oman, diagnosed with Cushing's disease caused by a rare pituitary tumour, underwent successful minimally invasive endoscopic surgery at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai. After months of rapid weight gain, diabetes and hormonal complications, the tumour was removed completely, leading to a sharp fall in cortisol levels and early signs of recovery.
