WeWork's Co-founder and ex-CEO Adam Neumann is set to buy two adjacent properties on Miami Beach's Bal Harbour Marina for $44 million (about ₹327 crore), the WSJ reported. The plots cover an area of 50,000-sq ft, including space on the waterfront and an under-construction 14,500-sq ft house. "Neumann's got a clear view of Bal Harbour yacht basin," the seller said.
