Thunderclap headaches are extremely painful headaches that occur all of a sudden, reaching their most intense point within 60 seconds. This rare headache can potentially indicate dangerous neurological conditions, with people who have it often describing it as the worst headache of their life. Its symptoms may include numbness, nausea or vomiting and seizures among other things.
