A first-of-its-kind law in New York will force manufacturers to disable the option to allow their users to make 'ghost guns' using 3-D printers. 'Ghost guns' are unserialised and untraceable firearms, assembled using 3-D printers, as they aren't manufactured by licensed dealers. Set to take effect in New York next week, the new law is also under consideration in California.
