BJP promised one crore new jobs and ₹3,000 financial support for unemployed youth if voted to power in West Bengal. Implementation of 7th Pay Commission and Uniform Civil Code, action against cattle smuggling, crackdown on infiltrators, and fair prices for farmers were other key promises. It vowed to give women a 33% reservation in state jobs and ₹3,000 financial aid.
