The 1.5 lakh square-foot Kartavya Bhavan in Delhi will house several ministries' offices, including Home Affairs and External Affairs. It has 24 main conference rooms, double-glazed glass windows, rooftop solar panels, and advanced heating, ventilation and cooling systems. There will also be power-efficient LED lighting. It has a creche, yoga room, medical room, cafeteria and a multipurpose hall.
