The new campus of almost 1,600-year-old Nalanda University is a 'net zero' green campus built for around ₹1,749 crore in Bihar's Rajgir. It has solar plant, water recycling plant, 100-acre water bodies, two academic blocks with 40 classrooms having total 1,900 seats and a hostel for 550 students. It also has other facilities like international centre, amphitheatre and sports complex.
