PM Narendra Modi-led BJP government has brought three Bills proposing automatic removal of sitting PM, CMs and Ministers after 30 days of their arrest in serious criminal cases, including corruption. The Bills are for Ministers charged with offences punishable with at least five-year jail. They empower President/Governor/L-G to remove such Ministers, even if they haven't been convicted.
