Among key outcomes of PM Modi’s Italy visit were elevation of India-Italy ties to a Special Strategic Partnership, India-Italy defence industrial roadmap, MoU for cooperation in critical minerals, and MoU for cooperation between Italian Corps of Guardia di Finanza and Directorate of Enforcement. The year 2027 is to be celebrated as 'Year of Culture and Tourism between India and Italy'.
