FSSAI has shared ways of healthy weight loss and wrote, "Losing weight isn't about skipping meals- it's about building smart habits." FSSAI suggested smart habits like starting meals with soups or salads and avoiding sweets and fizzy drinks. It advised picking grilled or roasted food over fried food. "Eat at regular, fixed times. Say no to oversized portions," it added.
