Super-spreaders have been defined as individuals whose immune system may not be good at suppressing coronavirus or alternatively may be so good that they don't feel symptoms themselves and carry on transmitting it to others. A 61-year-old South Korean woman who is believed to have infected hundreds of people after she visited a church was labelled a super-spreader.
