What are the 'diversity inclusion' requirements for Best Picture Oscar eligibility?

For a film to become eligible for Best Picture Oscar, at least one of the lead actors or supporting actors submitted for Oscar consideration should be from underrepresented racial or ethnic group. Alternatively, at least 30% of the general ensemble cast should be from at least 2 groups- women, racial or ethnic group, LGBTQ+ or people with disabilities.
