Hindenburg's new report has alleged that SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Buch and her husband Dhaval held stakes in offshore funds used by Gautam Adani's brother Vinod in money siphoning scandal. It alleged that Buch didn't disclose her ownership of offshore Singaporean consulting firm Agora. It further said Dhaval worked at REIT-investor Blackstone while SEBI approved major regulations favouring REITs.
