US' Homeland Security Department and Citizenship and Immigration Services have proposed changes in the H-1B visa selection process. Each individual can enter the selection process only once, regardless of the number of registrations. More flexibility is proposed for student visa holders, entrepreneurs, non-profit body employees and founders wanting to build their firms in US.
