What are the controversial 'beef tallow & lard' allegedly used in Tirupati laddoos?

A lab report cited by TDP-led Andhra Pradesh government showed that ghee used for making the Tirupati laddoo prasadam in Tirumala during YSRCP's rule contained traces of lard, fish oil and beef tallow. Tallow is made by removing, simmering and clarifying the fatty tissue of beef. Lard is a semi-solid white fat product obtained by rendering fatty tissue of pigs.
