Most of the headaches fall in four categories- Tension headache, migraine headache, cluster headache and sinus headache. The other types of headaches are Thunderclap and Cervicogenic. Tension headaches are the most common headaches and affect three out of every four adults at some point in their life. Migraine headaches affect more women while cluster headaches affect more men than women.
