What are the features of K9-Vajra deployed by Indian Army in Ladakh?

Indian Army has deployed the first K9-Vajra self-propelled howitzer regiment in Ladakh along Line of Actual Control with China. The 155mm/52 calibre guns weigh around 50 tonnes and can fire 47kg bombs at nearly 50km distance target. "It can turn around at zero radius. Fire technology system and major electronics and enhancements are indigenous," manufacturer L&T's senior executive said earlier.
