As per new Tatkal ticket booking rules for non-Aadhaar users, Tatkal bookings at PRS counters/authorised agents (YTSK) will require OTP verification sent to booking person's mobile from July 15. Authorised agents won't be able to book Tatkal tickets in first 30 minutes of opening, which is 10 am-10.30 am for AC classes and 11 am-11.30 am for non-AC classes.
