According to draft IPO papers filed by Ola Electric, its Chairman and Managing Director Bhavish Aggarwal will receive a base salary of ₹6 crore with ₹3 crore variable pay per annum. Ola's Independent Directors are entitled to an annual remuneration of ₹50 lakh. Further, its Non-executive and Independent Directors will receive ₹1 lakh as sitting fees for attending each meeting.
