The Health Ministry has listed symptoms of oral cancer and said, "Early diagnosis of oral cancer helps in its effective treatment. If you find any of these symptoms, consult a doctor immediately." The symptoms include unexplained weight loss, pain when swallowing, unusual changes in sense of taste and swelling in mouth that lasts for more than three weeks.
