Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is stored in liver and body fat. The symptoms of vitamin A deficiency include night blindness, dry eyes, bitot spots in the whites of the eye, sores in the corneas and cloudy corneas. Broken skin and painful joints are also among the symptoms.
