What changes for mobile users from November 1?

From November 1, mobile users in India will see callers' names alongside their phone numbers under the new Calling Name Presentation (CNAP) system. If the number is saved in the recipient's contacts, the saved name will be displayed, the DoT order said. If the number is not saved, the name the caller entered in the telecom operator's system will appear.
