In what is believed to be his last interview, former J&K Governor Satyapal Malik alleged security lapses that led to the Pahalgam terror attack and said that PM Narendra Modi should have apologised for it. He also called PM Modi "shameless" for not attending the all-party meeting after the incident, adding, "There should be a limit to arrogance."
