After a man threw papers and abused CJI Surya Kant inside Supreme Court, the bench of Justices KV Viswanathan and Alok Aradhe decided to not initiate contempt proceedings against him. "We don't propose...any action against him....As far as the merits of the case are concerned, we have perused the records...The Special Leave Petition is dismissed," Justice Viswanathan said.
