An AIIMS doctor informed Delhi High Court that while Sonam Wangchuk has started taking oral fluids, potassium and sugar-free ORS, he refused intravenous fluids. "He requires IV vitamins, but is not allowing IV access...He's in ketosis," the doctor said. "He is dehydrated and needs carbohydrates along with potassium. If he doesn’t receive them, his condition could worsen," the doctor added.
