Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal criticised PM Narendra Modi and asked him what he meant by the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). He further said that the Prime Minister should first articulate what the UCC means. He added, "We still don't know what's on the table…PM should inform...what the proposal for UCC is and on what issues he wants uniformity."
