Social activist HM Venkatesh, in his police complaint against Virat Kohli over stampede case, said Kohli encouraged fans to attend event, but he failed to issue any safety warnings. He said Kohli "played a central role in this gambling-like entertainment", provoking a massive crowd. Venkatesh added that most victims were Kohli fans and the event timing suited Kohli’s London plans.
