The Indian Railways recently unveiled the completely AC-3 tier train, Humsafar Express, with several new facilities, including GPS-based passenger information systems, a mini-pantry, and CCTV cameras in each coach. The train has modern toilets, with odour control system connected to the flush button. It also has a fire and smoke detection arrangement, in addition to a public announcement system.
