Retired judge and late Twisha Sharma's mother-in-law, Giribala Singh, didn't cooperate with the investigation after she was given an anticipatory bail, the Madhya Pradesh High Court noted in a late-night hearing. The heinous nature of alleged crime and the fact that trial court didn't consider evidence were reasons to cancel Singh's anticipatory bail. Court noted Singh maligned Twisha's character.
