Cracking the neck occasionally is usually nothing to worry about, as per experts, however, doing it frequently can cause ligaments and tendons in neck to become loose and less stable. It can also lead to muscle strain and can compress nerve roots in the neck and cause cervical radiculopathy. In very rare cases, it can cause blood vessel injury.
