What happens if one ingests faecal bacteria that's been found in Mahakumbh water?

Faecal coliform bacteria, which has been found in Mahakumbh water, can cause health problems, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and more severe infections. Exposure to this contaminated water can result in gastrointestinal infections, skin rashes, eye irritations, and serious conditions like typhoid and hepatitis A. Inhaling contaminated water droplets can also cause respiratory infections.
