Nutritionist Eshanka Wahi has said a simple morning practice that can support a person's body is eating 2 dates on an empty stomach. She stated that the fibre content in dates slows down digestion, helping the person stay full for a longer stretch of time. Dates, which consist of potassium, magnesium, natural sugars and protective antioxidants, also improve energy stability.
