As temperatures hit 46°C, body faces severe stress, increasing risks of dehydration, heat exhaustion, heatstroke, and organ damage. Body's cooling system may fail, causing heat exhaustion or heatstroke. Heat exhaustion, caused by excessive loss of water and salt via sweating, may lead to weakness. Heatstroke occurs when body temperature crosses 40°C, with symptoms including confusion and seizures.
