What happens when a person boils packaged milk before drinking?

Consultant dietician Kanikka Malhotra said milk in a sealed packet doesn't need boiling if kept refrigerated. She said, "Pasteurised milk is subjected to a heat treatment that eliminates microorganisms like Salmonella that can cause disease." "Boiling milk can cause a decrease in heat-sensitive B vitamins...and folic acid. Riboflavin, critical for energy production, falls when boiled," she added.
