A new social media trend is becoming popular among teenage schoolgirls in Japan called '3D teardrop make-up' trend, according to a South China Morning Post report. The style involved use of hot melted glue to create tear-like droplet shapes, which are then placed on the face. The trend has reportedly led to shortage of hot melt glue in some areas.
