Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced the Divyang Sahara Yojana to ensure timely access to high-quality assistive devices for specially-abled people. It will support Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India in scaling up production and integrating AI. Assistive Technology Marts will also be set up as modern retail-style centres for purchasing assistive products.
