What is 'Victorian disease', whose outbreak was reported at Amazon's UK warehouse?

Amazon's warehouse in UK's Coventry reported many cases of 'Victorian disease', or tuberculosis (TB), among workers, triggering concern among unions. TB, a bacterial infection that hits the lungs, is often dubbed 'Victorian disease' because of its prevalence in 19th-century Britain, when Queen Victoria was the monarch. Packed living spaces and poor airflow had exacerbated the disease at the time.
