According to a PwC report, 24% of employers worldwide are now paying a "living wage". Living wage gives workers and their families a decent standard of living and enables them to afford basic needs like food, housing, education, while saving for unexpected events. Living wages are generally higher than minimum wages and voluntary, while minimum wages are required by law.
