What is a no-confidence motion in the Parliament?

A no-confidence motion is admitted against the Council of Ministers when at least 50 Lok Sabha MPs claim the ministers are no longer fit to hold their positions. The motion is passed when a simple majority of MPs support it. If the motion passes, the Prime Minister must resign and the President invites another person to prove majority.
