What is analogue paneer?
short by Labour Law Advisor / on Saturday, 25 January, 2025
Analogue paneer is a non-dairy substitute for paneer that's made from ingredients other than milk. It's also known as fake or synthetic paneer. It is made from vegetable oils, starches, emulsifiers, and other additives. Paneer, made from palm oil, is cheaper and tastier but harmful to health. Restaurants use it to cut costs and keep prices competitive.
