The Apache helicopters are Boeing's most lethal multi-role attack helicopters. They are part of a $600 million India-US agreement signed in 2020. Deliveries, originally scheduled for mid-2024, were delayed due to global supply chain issues and technical challenges in the US. The Army Aviation Corps, the intended recipient, has been waiting to operationalise the helicopters for over a year now.
