A post-mortem report has revealed that 27-year-old Noida techie Yuvraj Mehta died of asphyxia followed by cardiac failure after his car fell into a water-filled construction pit. Doctors explain that asphyxia occurs when the body is deprived of oxygen, triggering severe stress responses, organ damage and ultimately heart failure, especially in drowning cases.
