Adani Group's 62-year-old Chairman Gautam Adani plans to give control of his $213-billion conglomerate to his sons Karan and Jeet, and nephews Pranav and Sagar, in early 2030s. When Gautam retires at 70, his four heirs will become equal beneficiaries of the family trust. A confidential agreement will dictate the transition of stakes in the conglomerate's firms to the heirs.
