Boccia is played indoors on a 12.5m x 6m court. Players start each round with six balls, intending to throw these balls as close as possible to a small white ball called the 'jack'. Two sides compete with each other as individuals, pairs or teams of three. A toss decides which side gets to play the 'jack' on the court.
