There has been a rise in pediatric cases of scurvy - that occurs due to low vitamin C, in the US. The review, published in the JAAOS: Global Research and Reviews, has highlighted the incidence of the disease, that causes bleeding gums, loosened teeth, and bleeding under your skin, more than triple from 8.2 to 26.7 cases per 100,000.
